The blessing of the hands...

Another amazing idea from Katie! I think every girl that reads this falls in love with it and tears up!

Bride & Groom, please look now at one anthers hands, so you may see the gift that they are to you.

These are the hands of your best friend, young and strong and full of love for you, that are holding yours on your wedding day, as you promise to love each other today, tomorrow, and forever.
These are the hands that will work alongside yours, as together you build your future.
These are the hands that will passionately love you and cherish you through the years, and with the slightest touch, will comfort you like no other.
These are the hands that will hold you when fear or grief fills your mind. These are the hands that will countless times wipe the tears from your eyes; tears of sorrow, and tears of joy.
These are the hands that will tenderly hold your children.
These are the hands that will help you to hold your family as one.
These are the hands that will give you strength when you need it.
And lastly, these are the hands that even when wrinkled and aged, will still be reaching for yours, still giving you the same unspoken tenderness with just a touch.”

Ceremony Music...

We will be having some musicians play - not sure exactly how many or what, but this is a def must!   I also have something booked thats a surprise for the FI - I will not post it on here! Just in case a mutual person sees this and spills the beans but I am soooo excited to see the look on his face!!!! :)

::::Update:::::

We have decided not to have musicians for our ceremony. Our DJ will be playing - and then after the ceremony, is when I have my "SURPRISE" for Todd. Which most of you know about :) Won't post it here - I know there are lurkers lol

Programs

This will be DIY - These are some ideas that I like but I will be adding a personal touch to it. On the first page I will be inserting a tissue :) We come from a big family of sobbers - So i thought it was a cute idea :) of course they will be done in the wedding colors - Chocolate brown and light pink - and I will have our monogram on the front

In memory...

We will have a few empty chairs in the front in memory of the grandparents who have passed that could not be there with us on that day....something like this

Jordyn Lynn...

We are in the process of gathering ideas to incorporate our soon to be daughter into the ceremony. At the time of the wedding she will be about 4 months old so we were thinking of a white carriage ( not cheesy like this picture ) and have either the maid of honor or my grandmother push her down the aisle.

More decor....

For those of you familiar with the Addison you know there are 2 HUGE banyan trees ( picture below ) that will be on either side of everybody. We get married in between them in front of the big fountain. I am having Daniel Events - hang paper lanterns and rose flower balls from the trees.
